We'll embark upon a journey whereby we get you to a mystical place, where we'll delve deep into forrest, enjoying the song of the birds and the gushing sound of the gorge underneath us, walk along the gorge, looking down at the amazing waterfalls and taking pictures of it. Then we will get to an ancient "staircase", where we need to climb down, using the ropes alongside the "stairs" and once we get to the bottom, we'll gaze upon an amazing gorge between the rocks covered with moss, crystal clear water, cold as ice, but a place looking like a haunted scenery out a fairy tale. This is Finnich Glen, that locals thought of being a place of the devils, an isolated and remote looking area, that gives you the chills and excitement in the same time. No wonder this place has been used as a scenery for the Outlander movie.

Embark on a journey with us as we delve into the tales of courageous Highlanders, whose unwavering spirit led them to fight and sacrifice for their Bonnie Prince, Charles Edward Stuart, during the pivotal Battle of Culloden in 1746. Additionally, our exploration extends to the captivating film locations featured in the widely acclaimed "Outlander" TV series on Starz and the more recent production "One Day." Guided by an expert adorned in 18th-century attire, this immersive experience will transport you back to Scotland's golden age, kindling the flame of rebellion within. We will go to the place called Loup of Fintry, which is one of the most spectacular waterfalls of the lowlands of Scotland. It is a place not very well known to public, it is not a tourist visited place, some locals might know it, but is definitely a hidden gem of Scotland. The route to this place takes you through some amazing countryside scenery that is really showing the true Scottish feeling of untouched nature in its raw beauty. Once we find the path to the waterfall, we'll go on a short hike on the meadows (might even be greeted by some friendly horses), until we start hearing the roaring sound of the water gushing down the cliffs. It is a spectacular sight even from far. upon arrival to the place, we'll go on an adventure, climbing down and discovering some of the hidden areas of the waterfall, so we can take a closer look and snap some story telling photos that we can show later on to our friends and family.

Ben Macdui is the 2nd tallest mountain in the UK and makes for a fantastic journey across the artic-like Cairngorm plateau. Our experienced mountain leaders will guide you along a fantastic route from the Cairngorm ski centre. You will be able to see the impressive northern corries from above and below, follow the south-west edge of the Loch Avon basin and even view a plane wreckage, all this on the way to the apparently haunted Ben Macdui summit. Whether you are interested in sharing some local folklore, learning about our unique mountain flora, or you just want to bag the summit; the Ben Macdui guided hike certainly has plenty to offer. *Please note if you are booking between November – April there is a high chance that crampons and axes will be required.

The River Tummel is a perfect environment for a white water river tubing adventure. This Class 3/4 river has some great rapids that will provide plenty of thrills. There are a great selection of simple and more challenging rapids with nice sections of calm water after each one so there’s plenty of space and time to recover your tube (and dignity) if you’ve taken a swim on the way down! For the River Wild adventurer who would like to ditch the watercraft entirely, canyoning is the adventure for you! There is no better way to see Scotland (in our opinion) than by having your feet in the water of a river canyon. Once into the canyon, you will follow the river downstream through various modes, ranging from scrambling on foot, sliding, jumping, or abseiling. Laggan Canyon (or Allt na h-Uamha canyon to use its official name!) offers a great selection of scrambles, slides, jumps and abseils on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. It’s a perfect environment for beginners and experienced canyoneers alike because there are several options of activity available during the descent.
