During your Sapporo cooking class, cook alongside a professional culinary instructor, Shiori. She will expertly walk you through every step of creating a great Japanese dish. The cooking portion of your experience will last about 1 hour, during which you will learn to make 1 main dish and 1 side dish. Shiori will peel and cut vegetables in advance and you will help her prepare the dishes together. Your meal may include dishes such as a handmade sushi roll, somen noodles, grilled chicken and vegetables or nimono of fish cakes and vegetables. Shiori enjoys teaching the art of creating delightful food using fresh, inexpensive produce that is easy to replicate back home. She is also happy to recommend the best ingredients and snacks at local supermarkets to take home with you!

Sapporo-dake: Views from the summit, enjoy vistas across Sapporo City, Mount Yotei, Muine-yama, and Jozankei-tengu. Diff-5/10. Soranuma-dake is a great option for a day hike, offering beautiful, forested trails and serene lake views. Diff-3/10. Tiene-dake:Location: Tiene-dake is west of Sapporo City with sweeping views of The Sea of Japan. Diff-5/10. Muine-yama-dake: A steady hike via a hut and small lakes. Diff-5/10.
