Based at Laverstoke Mill near Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is home to all Bombay Sapphire gin. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

Begin on an amazing journey through Harrison’s Cave, Barbados’ greatest geological wonder. The cave was discovered back in the 18th century and finally successfully explored in 1974. Hop on board the electric trams and cruise underground with the knowledgeable guides. As you navigate the historic cave, admire the natural thousand year old stalactites and stalagmites in their interesting and unusual formations, the natural pools and fresh water waterfalls and streams. Then it’s off to the Rum Tour to experience Barbados’ most prized possession, Mount Gay Rum. Believed to be the oldest rum in the world, Mount Gay was established in 1703 right here on this tiny island. Explore the secrets behind this rum as you tour the distillery learning of their expert techniques honed and crafted over a number of years and taste the deliciously rich sugar cane flavour in this exquisite liquor. On this tour you’re sure to get some insight on what makes Bajan life so very, very sweet!

A guided tour and a complimentary cocktail followed by a 1-hour interactive cocktail mixology session with the opportunity to learn and create two cocktails and sample a Leggero Martini, with our Gin Expert.
