Os pasaremos a recoger entre las 6:25 y 6:30 horas por la catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. Después nos iremos hasta Bayahibe, donde nos subiremos a una lancha rápida para ir hasta isla Saona. A mitad de travesía, nos detendremos durante 40 minutos en la piscina natural laguna Azul para que podáis disfrutar de un banco de arena único en medio del mar Caribe. Guanajuato is an amazing city located in the mountains, where people built their colorful houses. Starting as a mining town in the 16th century, you will be impressed by its colorful houses, the streets that run underneath the city and the mountains, the museums and historical buildings. This is a 9 hours tour starting from San Miguel de Allende or Queretaro, where we'll visit Teatro Juarez, University of Guanajuato, Hidalgo market, the kissing alley. As an option we can see Diego Rivera House museum, or Mummy museum, and you can choose between the tourist mine or the Ex Hacienda de San Gabriel Barrera. This is an unique city in Mexico with a strong architectural European influence.

We head to the roof of Gipuzkoa to find a building covered in ‘thorns’, a walk more than 1,000 meters high among meadows and forests, and a breed of Rastafarian sheep from whose milk the most famous cheese in the region is made.

We will start our tour in San Miguel de Allende, and after a 30 minutes trip we'll get to Canada de la Virgen. There, we'll be taken by a small bus close to the pyramids, then we walk 1 kilometer (3,300 feet) to get there. The tour in the pyramids is walking and has a duration of two hours, including the bus shuttle. When we finish the tour, we walk back to the bus that will take us to our vehicle. We'll go to Rossana's place to have lunch made with local ingredients that have been used by the natives for hundreds of years, plus handmade tortillas and food made by local people who know how to mix all these ingredients to make a delicious meal. At the restaurant there is a small museum exhibiting photos, where we can have a better understanding about the relation between the pyramids in Canada de la Virgen with the sun and the moon. After lunch we head back to San Miguel de Allende to see the highlights of the city in a 2 hours tour.
