Safari Victoria

Our licensed safari guides will show you the main street with local stores , restaurants and stunning views of some sights. We visit the historic Victoria Falls Hotel, and show you the Lobby with historic drawings, the Bulawayo room and the area where you could have High Tea, with a gorgeous view of the Victoria Falls bridge in the background. Thereafter we'll pass the Kingdom Hotel which was built in the style of the ancient Great Zimbabwe ruins. Our walk will lead us on a path thru the African Bush, and we could encounter local wildlife like Impalas, Baboons and Warthogs. After a short bush walk we will reach a panoramic view point of the Zambezi river,the rapids and the gorge. After creating memories and taking pictures, i will be guiding you back thru the bush, and after 10 minutes we will be back at the point of origin. Enjoy a full day trip from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park, ride starting at 6:30am from Victoria Falls town to Hwange. Enjoy the jeep safari into the rich Hwange National Park where you get exposed to over 100 mammal species and the world’s largest elephant population, and other big 4 animals namely lion, leopard, buffalo and elephant and two additions, hippo and crocodile in some waterhole points. Hwange National Park is a home to over 400 bird species also. Lunch is served in the park at a waterhole viewing point/picnic site before another afternoon safari drive where you will continue to discover the rich Hwange National Park. Departure from Hwange Main Camp is scheduled late around 1630 as you drive back to Victoria Falls.

We meet at the N1 Hotel at the Savannah Adventure desk and visit places like and Art Cafe, a Restaurant built around a train carriage, a local Craft Brewery, a Cafe nestled in an african ambiance, an African Restaurant, a local Hang out where you get the Zimbabwean Sadza, a Western Style place, even some Fast Food Restaurants and other unique outdoor Restaurants. You have a chance to look at the menus of them and can get a nice idea where you may eat after the tour or in the days to come. If you are not up for a walking tour around town, then getting in an open sided 4×4 safari jeep and experience a guided town tour with all sites. Enjoy important landmarks whilst passing market and stores. It is a pretty unique way of getting to know the town without the street vendors bugging you, and Savannah Adventures is the only company doing that. Its a nice drive around town and vecinities so can get accustomed to Victoria Falls and its township of .Chinotimba. so can see first hand how real life in Africa is like, and you get a nice open air adventure in our safari jeep as well.

Don’t expect a “normal” tour of the Victoria Falls Zimbabwean side! This unique Walking Tour is the only guided tour that includes a Wildlife Safari by our licensed local guides before entering the Victoria Falls and nobody else does that. What i do is this, i take you savely thru the Bush in order to go to the entrance of the Falls on the Zim side. In this area wildlife are spottings are very common but yet not guaranteed. Chobe National Park has one of the largest game concentrations in the African continent and offers a chance to see any and all of the big game species including elephant, buffalo, leopard, lion, giraffe, and hippo. Two safaris: Jeep and boat safari offers you a chance to see the wildlife from all memorable angles. We leave before the other companies in order to get you into the park before they do, and we will handle the formalities (if you allow us) before the tour even starts…so we will safe valuable time at the entrance and enjoy more of the safari…and can have an extra cup of tea while spotting animals as well. Our return thru the Savannah sunset with hopefully further sightings, you will witness the most intensive shades of yellows, oranges and reds that you have ever seen in your life. Then, we well take you back to your hotel and can recommend you some nice places for dinner .
