Safari Algarve

We start our tour with your pick-up from your Hotel in the Albufeira area and depart for a safari adventure through the natural wonders of the Algarve and its mountains. Enjoy a real adventure in a convertible jeep (with a roof in case of rain). This tour has off-road trails, beautiful landscapes, regional architecture, medieval monuments, traditional villages and natural water sources where you can dive into the waters of the stream. The excursion also includes the traditional trade where we can see regional products such as liqueurs, honey and jams. On the offroad paths we will see large fruit plantations with small streams and water irrigation systems left by the Romans. Guides will provide you with information about our culture and region, at the end of the tour, relax back at your hotel. Jeep Safari #1 in the Algarve If it’s fun, excitement and adventure you’re looking for…. then look no further! Let us take you off the beaten track… but straight into the heart of the Algarve! Traveling in a convoy of jeeps we go up hills and down dales, crossing streams and traversing meadows. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of an area almost untouched by time. Our journey will take us along winding earthen tracks to some of the most fascinating places in the Algarve. In tiny white-washed villages where time seems to stand still you can see some of the old customs still in practice. We will visit a small local distillery where the brave can taste “medronho” – a very potent local drink – and where you can see honey being produced in the old way. Lunch served in a typical restaurant.

Our Custom built boats enter fully inside the caves and clients will not need to swap from one boat to another to enter, this will enable you to stay inside the Caves longer to take photos and experience its beauty. We have our first boat trip to enter the Benagil Cave in the Algarve departing daily and you will remain comfortably on this boat for the duration of your trip.

This tour begins at approximately 5:30 pm, though the start time may vary based on sunset. This is our smallest tour with just two hours. We go in offroad to visit a small natural park.
