Your tour consists of a 2 hour morning cruise up the Swan River with Captain’s commentary. Onboard you'll be taken through a guided wine tasting of three WA local wines. Ballooning is dependent upon the weather and having such a large radius we fly in gives us a much higher likelihood of having a slow soft landing. We offer private flights as well as group flights. This self-guided Half Day ride starts with a prompt shuttle bus departing from Around The Basin’s shop in Queenstown to Arrowtown. There, you'll be fitted with a bike and given all the details for your ride. The ride starts by following the spectacular Arrow River Bridges Trail to the historic Kawarau Bungy Bridge (approx. 13 km). From there, the trail continues 3km into the Gibbston Valley, where you will be collected at Gibbston Valley Winery, departing in the scheduled bus back to Queenstown and the time provided in the briefing on the day. On a traditional felucca sailboat to sail towards Gezira el-Mozh, also known as Luxor's "Banana Island". This 7-hour tour begins with a trip to Montpelier, Vermont's capital city. Popular attractions include an 1833 covered bridge ("The Big Eddy"), Appalachian Gap, and Moss Glen Falls. Lunch is available for purchase at the Warren Store, a uniquely Vermont experience with great local food. The Warren Store features its own deli, bakery, wine shop, and gift store. This is one of my favorite tours, rich in Vermont's history.
