You'll have the option to explore the downtown area using the Walking Map or follow a Driving Map on the city's outskirts. THIS IS BIG – Designed for visitors that need to see the most of the Black Hills as possible in one day! This is a comprehensive tour of the southern Black Hills with stops at the two famous monuments: Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. And also included is a Wildlife Safari tour to all of Custer State Park (the largest state park in the nation). We make stops at the Visitor Center and the State Game Lodge and then tour along the Wildlife Loop (bison), Needles Highway, Iron Mtn Road, Sylvan Lake and stop at Stockade Lake for a picnic lunch (included).

Our professional guides provide you a memorable tour to the one of a kind Badlands National Park. You learn the history of the Badlands, the local Native Americans and western homesteaders. We tour in comfort and style, in a 14 passenger Ford TurtleTop Executive Van. Leather reclining seats, huge side windows and a touring window above the windshield. You will depart Rapid City at 8:30 am and travel to Mount Rushmore. You will spend time hiking around the monument. Next, you will travel to Crazy Horse Memorial, learning the importance and history of Crazy Horse. Finally, you will get an opportunity to explore beautiful Custer State Park. You will be able to see wildlife at an incredibly close proximity and enjoy the local flora. In each of these locations, you will gain unique and rare insight into the history of the Black Hills. Lunch will be enjoyed at an exquisite local restaurant of your choosing. There is a two-person minimum to book this tour.

*Devils Tower National Monument ~ The First National Monument. Historically, many tribes of the Great Plains and Black Hills regions had connections with the area around Devils Tower. Stories and histories shared by tribal members indicate that the Tower was a sacred site – a place for winter camps, vision quests, and summer ceremonies. Besides touring the famous Wyoming monument . . . you will tour two other major attractions. After touring the monument, walking the trails (optional) and enjoying a picnic lunch we travel to . . . *Spearfish Canyon – Older than the Grand Canyon and is rated one of the best scenic byways in the US. Four ecosystems meet here (very rare) with a beautiful stream and waterfalls. We stops for photos and restroom breaks. *Deadwood – Famous for its gold and gunfights. We visit Mt Moriah Cermetery, #10 Saloon, Old Main Street. There are lots of photo ops and restroom breaks throughout the day. Tour includes: picnic lunch, fees, bottled water & snacks.
