Phoenix Pyeongchang Located at a clean highland rising 700 m above sea level, Phoenix Pyeongchang is a resort complex offering a variety of vacation and leisure facilities, including Phoenix Snow Park, hotels, condos, Phoenix Country Club, and Blue Canyon.
