The Mozart Ensemble has been playing outstanding string quartet and piano trio concerts in the Sala Terrena for more than 20 years. Their interpretations of classical chamber music in the unique Viennese style have continuously received unanimous public acclaim. Concert Ticket – The Most Beautiful Opera Arias by Opera da Camera di Roma


The uniqueness of our concert lies in the perfect combination of all that is characteristic for the Italian music: operatic arias from the most famous Italian operas like "La Traviata", "Turandot" or "Rigoletto", Neapolitan songs and "Four Seasons" of Vivaldi. The concert programme is presented by tenor and soprano soloists accompanied by grand piano. From Monday to Saturday our concerts are held in magnificent Waldesian Church (via IV Novembre 107, Rome) with outstanding acoustics. The church is situated in a historical building in the centre of Rome, only 100 metres walk from Piazza Venezia and 300 metres walk from Pantheon. On Sundays our concerts take place at Methodist Church (via Firenze 38, Rome). A warm space of the Methodist Church and a unique acoustic create an intimate atmosphere of the concerts. Thanks to the small space of the concert hall guest are only a foot away from the musicians, which feels like a private concert.

The only Three Tenors in Rome accompanied by the Mandolin Orchestra of the Neapolitan Mandolin Academy, will make you spend an unforgettable evening under the highest expression of Neapolitan lyric and traditional music.They will perform beautiful opera arias and the most famous songs of Neapolitan tradition. The magic Torna a Surriento, O’ Sole mio, Funiculì funiculà and other enchanting opera arias will be played in the same concert during this unique occasion with the mandolin, cello, grand piano and dance company.

As a piano trio, the Mozart Ensemble plays the most famous works written by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin and many other famous composers. Piano works, solo pieces for violin and cello combined with great piano trios, are performed in a virtuoso manner. A special highlight of our new concert series is the finale with Haydn’s piano trio “Rondo all’ Ongarese” and Schubert’s trio op. 100. This 1-hour piano concert is the perfect way to experience Mozarthaus Vienna, the only surviving Mozart apartment located in Vienna. Now part of a museum to the composer, you will enjoy the concert in the historical vaulted concert hall. Spend your time before or after the concert to take a self-guided walk through the museum, learning about Mozart's life and the time he spent in the city itself.
