After short walk around village, we continue to observe River Crnojevica from Pavlov side view point, which is the top panoramic views in all country. Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake – Adventure in National park


Tour starts from village Virpazar which was one of the first settlement in this area. At this point you would prepare kayaks and protect your goods in dry bags, have short brief and instruction than start. At the very beginning you would paddle trough small river Crmnica that goes under Old bride which was built 1905. Later on you would pass trough area of high water grass which is nature reservation park for huge numbers of different bird species. After 30 minutes you would be at Skadar lake which is one of our five National parks. Heading further next 30 minutes you would pass by island Grmozur where is still a small abandoned fort that used to be a prison in 19th century. In next hour of paddling you would visit Lesendro fort which was built t in 18th century, as well abandoned fort on other island. After short visit you would continue to the Pelinovo beach, place for having some drinks and take a swim. When you get ready, it is time to heading back same route to the Virpazar.

Skadar Lake on kayaks Experience with Spectacular Views


Unique non-circular trip. We meet in Budva, and after 1 hour ride… The journey begins near the castle of Zeta's ancient kingdom, overlooking the expanses of Lake Skadar. A calm river, surrounded by sobbing trees, accompanies us to the lake floods and channels that connect several bays. Amazing views, and changing scenery in a theatre, will leave you breathless. Curly-necked pelicans, grey-backed and small herons, black cormorants, and ducks, as well as many other bird species, nest on Skadar Lake. Until the middle of May, this path runs through crystal-clear water. Later the weather gets warmer and the route changes – water lilies and other aquatic plants bloom. This route is long and therefore you need to be persistent. But it worth it! There is a stop along the way where you can get off and stretch your legs as well as have a hot drink.
