Mama Noi Thai Cookery School is a unique cooking experience that offers travelers an authentic and immersive experience in Thai cuisine. They will be able to learn about Thai flavors and techniques with the guidance of a local chef. What makes Mama Noi Thai Cookery School unique is that each traveler will have their own cooking station, allowing them to have a personalized experience. Additionally, they will get the chance to explore the organic garden and pick fresh ingredients to use in their dishes. The school also provides two complimentary dishes of Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Tea to enjoy after the cooking class.

You will drive buggies through the picturesque terrain of the Dominican countryside and you will visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the country–Macao–where you can relax and swim in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Then you will go to an organic farm, where you can see how the fruits of cacao, coffee, tobacco and tropical fruits grow. Then continue on your journey to the natural water cave. Afterwards you will return to the ranch, from where you will be transferred back to your pickup location.

We believe that a healthy and prosperous life starts with what we eat; also, gastronomy and family recipes connect us as human beings. Eleven years ago we decided to switch our farm from a "traditional" crops to organic ones to improve our own health. In this experience we'll walk through our organic farm with the last bits of sunlight looking for the fresh ingredients we'll need to prepare a delicious dinner and share our culture with you. We hope that, besides providing a delicious foodie experience, what we do inspires more people to care about the source of their food and protect our planet. We have veggie and vegan options. Take the best white-water rafting trip! Paddle your way through Sarapiqui river, while surrounded by tropical scenery of the Costa Rican rain forest. Half way down, we will make a break and provide you with a little fruit snack, before we again continue down the rapids. After about 2 hours, we drive back to La Fortuna and reward you with a delicious organic lunch at our restaurant. We make you homemade coffee and take you for a small walk up in our organic farm behind the restaurant. Here we will show you how we grow all the organic food. The best way to finish the day, is with a sugarcane demonstration, where you will get to taste the pure sugarcane juice and also the alcohol.

Our family has been in Mostar for 5 generations and we look forward to sharing our unique history and heritage with you. Within our gardens we nurture a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and plants including but not limited to: tomatoes, kiwi, grapes, pomegranates, salad, potatoes, cherries, walnuts, figs, plums and much more. Having been in Mostar so many decades we have retained the habit of caring for domestic animals such as goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, Japanese quails and of course our pets such as dogs, cats and parrots. During this tour you will learn the basics of up keeping and caring for both the animal and plant life. You will have the opportunity to indulge in all domestic products and will be treated to a first hand farm-to-table meal of the freshest quality.
