For the excursions we use comfortable 7.5-metre dinghies with a 250 horsepower engine, equipped with an awning to provide shade during navigation and during stops. They are also equipped with several dry spaces where you can place your personal belongings. Dolphin observation is carried out trying to interact as little as possible with the animals so as not to disturb their activities and not alter their natural behavior (Blue Way adheres to the "Friend of the Sea Dolphin and Whale Watching" project in compliance with the code of conduct in case of sighting). Dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) are wild animals in their natural environment, therefore we cannot guarantee sightings, however the chance of meeting them during our excursions is around 90%.

The Maddalena tour is one of the most popular among tourists in Sardinia. It begins with a minibus transfer to the port of Cannigione, where you’ll board a boat to cruise along the islands of Caprera and Santo Stefano, reaching the island of Maddalena. During the one-hour stop, you can explore the historic center, visit the Naval Museum, and enjoy some shopping. During the workshop, our expert guide will accompany you in the production of traditional homemade Sardinian pasta, such as: malloreddus, culurgiones or ravioli with different types of fillings according to the season. – Malloreddus: also known as gnocchetti, they have the shape of thin striped shells and are made of semolina flour and water. You can taste them with different types of sauces and condiments, usually with meat sauce and a generous sprinkling of grated Sardinian pecorino cheese – Culurgiones: stuffed pasta similar to ravioli, are a culinary specialty of Ogliastra, Central Eastern Sardinia, and are usually enjoyed with a filling of potatoes, pecorino cheese and mint The lab lasts about 2:30h Tasting of the products prepared during the workshop, accompanied by water, wine, fruit and typical Sardinian sweets, digestives and coffee, lasts about 1h.
