Note: in case of rain/snow Okatse Canyon is closed for visitors, and in such case itinerary would be modified and you would visit Nokalakevi Hot Sulfur Springs instead (no entrance fee). Note: Martvili boat service doesn't work, if the water level is too high or the currents too strong, usually it could happen in spring or after heavy rain.

Starting at 10:00 from our office in Kutaisi, our first destination is Okatse Canyon, Georgia's deepest canyon. It features hanging bridges and skywalks accessible via a 6 km trek or an off-roading taxi ride, offering stunning views of the canyon. Next, we proceed to Martvili Canyon, where we embark on a boat tour through its picturesque landscapes, navigating its waters and discovering its enchanting waterfalls. For those seeking an added thrill, a zip line is available at the canyon. Afterwards, we take a break for lunch at a local restaurant, enjoying delicious Georgian cuisine and replenishing our energy for the afternoon. Finally, we explore Prometheus Cave, 1.4 km long and 80 meters below the surface. This underground marvel showcases mesmerizing formations and includes the romantic Hall of Love. Visitors can enjoy underground and open-air boating experiences before we return to Kutaisi by 19:30, concluding a day filled with unforgettable natural wonders.

Martvili Canyon is located in the village Inchkhuri. 700 meters circular hiking trail starts from the visitors' centre and passes through Dadiani's historic walkway. There are 2 bridges, 3 viewing platforms, and 30-step historic staircase that is built from limestone staircase. Here you have the opportunity to take a trip by boat, 300 meters (one way) section of Abasha and enjoy the beautiful views of canyon.

The tour begins on a Central Square of Kutaisi First Stop – Okatse Canyon. Main sightseeing is the hanged bridges over the Canyon. Total length 900 meters. Total distance to walk 1500 meters including the trail back. The Next stop is Martvili Canyon, which is about 1 hour drive from Okatse. At Martvili Canyon they offer 2 kinds of activities. 1. Walking along the waterfalls – main ticket and (2) boating through the Canyon, which is optional. At the time of rain, boating is not available. Walking distance is 700 meters and takes about 40-50 minutes. Boating – 20 minutes. Close to 4 p.m. we reach Prometheus Cave. They offer 2 kinds of activities. Walking through Cave, which takes approximately 1 hour and optional boat ride – 15 minutes. At the end we will stop at the Abandoned Sanatorium of Soviet Times in City of Tskaltubo, once famous Spa Resort.

Prometheus Cave is one of Georgia’s natural wonders and one of the largest in the world and has many underground rivers.   The Cathedral of the Dormition, or the Kutaisi Cathedral, more commonly known as Bagrati Cathedral is an 11th-century cathedral in the city of Kutaisi, in the Imereti region of Georgia. These works prompted UNESCO temporarily to include the cathedral on its list of endangered World Heritage Sites. A distinct landmark in the scenery of central Kutaisi, the cathedral rests on the Ukimerioni Hill.
