Whale watching in the North Coast of São Miguel is a unique way of exploring the Azorean seas. Our goal is to get revive as much as possible, how the activity was done back in the early days of Whale Watching. Starting in the north coast also means we are now working on areas of the island, usually not used for this kind of experiences, therefore benefiting the local communities. This is help us to create an even more sustainable aproach to how we should operate in the context of our island. As soon as our spotters give us the go-ahead, the adventure is on! We guarantee large species of whales such as Sperm-Whales.

Did you know that Portugal offers exciting wines of more than 250 grape varieties, more than any other country in the world? During our experience we will taste TEN representative wines from across the country. We will begin from the northern border with Spain with a GREEN WINE, which typically is fruity. We will then move to the WHITE WINES and taste an exquisite and complex yet typical one from the DOURO region; right after this, we will dive into BAIRRADA and experience the freshness of the region; later, we will try a more mineral one from DÃO and we will finish the first part of the experience with a full-bodied from ALENTEJO. Before we dive into the RED WINES I'll serve a surprise to help with the transition. We will begin with TWO intense and full-bodied RED WINES from different regions in DOURO; after, we will try the freshness of a RED WINE from BAIRRADA and a special RED WINE from DÃO. We will finish with a RED WINE from Alentejo, which typically has a lot of structure.

On your arrival we will meet you at the airport or pick up you from hotel then drive to north Ethiopia passing through the wonderful chain mountains and densely tree forest of Mount Entoto then after a two hours driving we will be arriving at one of the respected monastery of Ethiopia Debre Libanos has one of the most interesting church museums in Ethiopia. A monument in front of the church memorialises the hundreds of innocent priests, deacons and worshipers who were massacred here by the Italians following an assassination attempt on the notoriously brutal viceroy Graziani in 1937 (he was later imprisoned by the Italians as a war criminal for crimes against humanity). finally we will take you to the Portuguese Bridge lying at the Blue Nile George to see the wonderful landscapes and Ethiopian endemic baboons which is called the Chelada Baboon and you will have a chance of seeing Ethiopian Birds. Later, back to in Addis Ababa Vist Ethiopian traditions house and back to your hotel.

You all will be seated at a table and provided with a sensory tour throughout Portugal. Wine will be poured and food will fill small plates while you listen to some interesting stories and discover what is within every bottle, tasting the grapes and our own terroirs from North to South. In 1807 Napoleon sent his armies to invade Portugal as punishment for the country not having joined his Continental Blockade.
