Arrive and put on your glow paint, also known as “War Paint,” and snap some great photos. Your guides will then provide a quick “Kayak 101.” Ready, set, GLOW! Paddle around the lagoon enjoying the LED glow of your kayak and the city lights surrounding the Condado Lagoon. These views are breathtaking! This is truly a great way to see the city from a different perspective and have an absolute blast while doing so. Plus, our kayaks have clear bottoms, like a glass-bottom boat! Our experience is really special because of the ecosystem of the lagoon and the sensory experience of our kayaks illuminated with LED lights. It is very common to come across manatees that feed on seagrass and live in harmony with so many other marine species. The lagoon is an important natural reserve that is protected for study and conservation as it is part of the San Juan Bay estuary. One kayak accommodates TWO people. This is an experience unlike anything else. Experience crystal clear kayaks and paddleboards with led and solar lights. The activity is guided and begins with a 10-minute walk along the beach to observe stars, planets and constellations. We continue with a kayak expedition towards the sandbanks of Punta Mosquitos in search of Bioluminescence. When we find a dark place, we will remain in that place for 45 minutes to interact with the Bioluminescence. Swimming is optional.
