Through Vuriloches Valley and a lush forest, we reach Ventisquero Negro, a natural wonder. The excursion ends at the base of Cerro Tronador, standing at 3,454 meters, with its three peaks: International, Argentine, and Chilean.

Along the way you will find viewpoints to enjoy the impressive views that the hills offer, you can go to one of the dark sandy beaches of Lake Mascardi. Passing Villa Mascardi, turn right and you can follow a path surrounded by native forests. It is an area of exceptional beauty, visited every year by lovers of mountains and fishing. Upon reaching the Manso River, you can stop at the Los Rapidos Bridge to watch trout swimming in a rush in the crystal clear water. From there you can see the upper Manso river valley in almost all its extension, with its meandering course and greenish-colored waters. The ascent continues until you reach the last viewpoint of the route, the Ventisquero Negro, a glacier that descends from the Tronador and stands out for its dark color.

Among the innumerable options that the Nahuel Huapi National Park offers, there is a little-known route but no less spectacular for that. From Bahía López, 25 km from Bariloche, you can get to the Brazo Tristeza by motor boat. There, if the day is clear, you can see the glaciers at the top of Cerro Tronador, the highest in the park. When we reach the end of this Arm, we descend to land to walk a path through a dense forest, in which species known as the coihue and the cane alternate. Then we arrive at the Frey Stream Cascade. The flow of this stream varies according to the time of year, producing a peculiar and characteristic sound, which is generated when the water runs between wells, on a bed of rock polished by years of erosion.

We will sail from Puerto Pañuelo, on the Llao Llao peninsula! After an hour of sailing, we will pass by Sentinel Island. From there, navigation will continue until reaching the Cascada de los Cántaros. Crossing the lush vegetation of the Valdivian jungle, we will ascend to the source of the waterfall, in Lake Cántaros, where you can see an ancient larch tree, more than 1,500 years old. We will finally arrive at Puerto Blest, a place whose beauty has amazed tourists and natives for years! Here is the Blest Hostel.
