You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. I'm Francesca, passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta shop, where we started to host this experience. Then I moved it at my house, a true pasta workshop in a beautiful villa on top of the hills, with a stunning view of Florence. Tuscan Cooking Class


I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family. We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

I will introduce you how the ingredients can be made at home. In the past times people didn't have many ingredients and used their skills to make the best possible meal. The most important thing in Macedonian cuisine is that the dishes are made from only a few ingredients and you must use your imagination to make the testiest dish from the available products. I’m Simonetta Bazzu and Battista, the village where my ancestors were born, is over 200 years old. Here i will guide you on a journey back in time. The experience takes place in a magical village in the Tramuntana Mountains—Banyalbufar. My father settled here over 15 years ago to create what is now our home and our animals' home, which we call "Ca Tothom," meaning "The House of Everyone." The kitchen is located on the porch, and together with the garden, it creates an idyllic setting for cooking and sharing unforgettable moments.
