You will visit the Vesuvius volcano going up the road leading to the top of the volcano you will admire the view over the bay of Naples among pine trees and broom flowers. Once you arrive at the parking lot at an altitude of 1000 meters, you will continue walking for another 300 meters until you reach the crater where you can look at the depth.

Visit at the crater of Mt. Vesuvius. The driver will take you up to 1.000 meters above sea level and from there on you will continue on foot. It is short hike along a natural path which leads to the crater. The volcanologist will explain the geological aspects as well as the local flora and fauna. The tour manager will meet you by the nearest pick-up point to your accommodation between 11:00 and 11:45 AM (see timetable) and this tour will last approximately 5-6 hours in total. We'll first reach Pompeii where we'll have lunch at local restaurant then we'll ascent the volcano by bus till the parking stop. Our e-bike tour will start from the Vesuvius valley which we will reach with our van after picking up the participants at the hotel. We will pedal along the road* that climbs up to the crater immersed in the characteristic and lush vegetation of Vesuvius in an atmosphere of incomparable charm and enjoying a breathtaking view of the valley below. As we get closer to the top the vegetation will become more and more barren until it disappears completely. Once we reach the top, we will leave the e-bikes and continue on foot to the crater. While you enjoy a panoramic walk along the entire perimeter of the crater, the guides of the National Park will be happy, upon your request, to talk to you about the geology, flora and fauna of Vesuvius, its history and the role it still has in the life of the population who lives on its slopes.
