The Beginner ATV tour is like the name suggests all about having loadsa fun! The Experienced ATV tour is a tougher and much more technical tour than the Beginner ATV tour, riding a longer 32 km action packed course consisting of more difficult massively varied off-road terrains! During the Experienced ATV tour you will experience tougher off-road segments with deeper ruts, bigger rocks, higher hillside climbs with steeper gradients that all need to be negotiated with skill. You will experience even more different types of amazing off-road trails and even better stunning views as we climb high up into the hills. The tougher Experienced ATV tour causes much more wear and tear on our ATV’s and this is the reason the price is higher for the Experienced tour compared to the Beginner tour.

The Haleakala Day Journey has been one of the most popular bike tours offered at Mountain Riders for over 30 years. The tour begins at the entrance of Haleakala National Park and ends where the bike ride concludes in Paia Town, on the North Shore of the island! Our tours are conducted by our experienced guides, who will point out historic sites along the journey and offer unforgettable photo ops for your group. Our “Maui Express Bike Tour” is a self-guided biking experience, starting at the same location as our guided tours. You ride at your own pace, stopping to take photos at your pleasure. When your experience has concluded, we provide transportation back to our office location.

We use regular bikes for this tour as it's mostly flat, but you can upgrade to an electric bike.
