Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life. At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure. Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". Appreciate this narrative journey through the vineyards of Mallorca enjoying at each step aromas, flavors, and textures that the master craftsmen of our land offer us. Wine, cheese and sobrasada tasting with its own identity achieved over time, with experience and with good work. The Happy Van will pick you up at your location. We will go to 3/4 of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca where I’ll take you on small nature walks to get the best views and pictures. You get the chance to snorkel, cliff jump and chill @ each amazing spot. At midday we make a shop stop to buy lunch, which we will have @ a stunning nature spot with sea view or you can eat something in a restaurant. You drive to a beautiful nature reserve which is only 15 minutes away by car. After a short briefing the snorkeling tour begins. Of course you will be accompanied all the time by a professional snorkeling guide, who will show you some of the most beautiful places and fish in the underwater world of Mallorca. The complete equipment like wet suit, fins, mask and snorkel is provided.

Discover local Mallorcan gastronomy on this wine and cheese-tasting activity with four local wines and four artisanal cheeses to try. The products on offer in this activity are chosen because they are all unique and little-known products from local bodegas and cheese artisans. This is a great way to learn about some of Mallorca's very own grape varieties in an informal and friendly setting. We will give you loads of fun information about the wines and cheeses but we won't get too technical and spoil the enjoyment.

Coasteering is a brand new adventure activity for families and groups visiting mallorca. Moving along the coast with our experienced guide, you will progress from 2-meter jumps up to 12-meter if you dare to do it. All is up to you! You will try the ‘Psicobock’, a special climbing style from Mallorca, and whizz down a zip line jumping into the crystal waters of the south coast.

Sa Clasta Wine Tours hopes to show you some of the best wines that Mallorca has to offer, in stunning wineries and incredible scenery.
