Then you will visit Viña Cousiño Macul, a winery founded in 1856, one of the oldest in the Maipo Valley, which has been immersed in urban Santiago, where the sixth generation of the family is in charge and they will make you feel at home. Its French style will surprise you, with stone bases and brick vaults that were glued together with mortar (a mixture of lime, sand and egg white).
