An unforgettable experience of tasting sparkling wines produced using the classic method. The tasting begins with a short introduction to the history of the winery and family tradition. At the tasting, it is planned to try 5 different types of sparkling wine, all produced using the classic method (1 extra brut, 2 brut, 1 sec, and 1 demi-sec sparkling wine are included). The winery produces 12 types, and among them it is possible to choose according to the wishes of the visitor (the wishes of all participants are taken into account, not each one in particular). The number of white and rose sparkling wines can be combined. With accompanying handmade biscuits. Touring the interior of the wine cellar, production, and vineyard is possible if weather and conditions permit. It is not possible to access the wine cellar if the production process is in progress. The idea of half-day tour is to present wines from two different wineries for those who are limited with time. You will have opportunity to try fresh and aged wines made from indigenous grape varieties but also blends with international grape varieties. One winery is young, second one has long tradition but both wineries are among the best in Croatia with international recognition and international awards. During half day program you would have two professional wine tastings with an expert guide from each winery with rich, local snacks, you would visit wine cellars and experience the beauty of Istria. Transportation and guiding are included in price. I include only the best wineries and restaurants in my programs.
