This is an authentic night of Irish music, songs, and stories. Immerse yourself in a night of Irish culture and join the fun. There is a lot of audience participation as we teach you about the songs and music of Ireland. This is a listening show and all about the music. We only visit two pubs, so it's not a boozy pub crawl. The pubs are privately booked for the tour so seats are guaranteed and the tour is led by two wonderful Irish musicians who are your guides for the night. This tour tells the story of Dublin by looking at and performing some of the street songs and folk ballads that have dotted its rich history. It’s a journey through time where you will be taken from narrow medieval laneways to Georgian wine taverns, from Victorian cobblers to 20th century laureates. You’ll laugh, you’ll sing and if the mood takes you, you might even catch yourself having a bit of a dance, yourself.

Journey through Ireland's musical history on this 1.5-hour tour! Along with your passionate local guide, you'll go behind the scenes of one of Ireland's largest recording studios, where artists like Van Morrison, The Script, and Sinead O'Conner have all spent time recording. Here you'll find photos and memorabilia of some of the world's largest artists, from U2 and Michael Jackson to the iconic guitarist, Thin Lizzy. Because this is still a working studio there's no telling who you'll run into!

Escape the city, and taste the fresh air in the wilderness of the Connemara National Park. En route to and from the National Park, your driver/guide will give you a detailed insight into the region. They will tell you all about the traditional music, the local language and strong culture that still thrives in this wild part of Ireland. Located on the edge of western Europe in Galway Bay and within easy reach of the majestic Dun Aonghasa it includes several ancient stone forts churches, pagen standing stones, seal colony & wildlife & Worm Hole! Inishmore is also the home of traditional Irish music, with plenty of song and ‘craic’ (Irish word for fun!) to be had.

A ‘Session’ (in Gaelic ‘Seisún’, pronounced ‘sesh-oon’), is a traditional Irish gathering of musicians, dancers, poets and storytellers. It is always an informal, lively and colourful event. A group of artists in Renvyle have put a new twist on the old concept and added drama to their ‘Seisún’. Under the guidance of Ireland’s largest group dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Irish traditional music, this show makes the most of Irish music, dance and storytelling to present a moving account of how the Great Famine had a devastating effect on the West of Ireland. The second half of the show requires some audience participation and you will be invited to learn and join in Irish folk dances. If you can play a tune or sing a song, in the spirit of a true Seisún, you will be welcome to take the floor. Seisún is performed every Tuesday night throughout July and August in the Teach Ceoil (House of Music) in Renvyle in Connemara, county Galway.

Come with us as we venture to some of our favourite pubs in Dublin, learning to pour your own pint of Guinness, sampling some Irish Whiskeys, and making your own Irish coffee along the way. Together, we’ll explore Dublin’s famous Temple Bar area, taking in the sights and sounds of this vibrant, bustling neighbourhood, before heading off to a beloved local haunt, nestled in the shadow of Christ Church Cathedral, in an area once known locally as ‘Hell’. We’ll visit four pubs altogether, finishing up at a traditional Irish music session in a true Dubliner’s pub. Dublin pubs are as varied and wonderfully storied as those who frequent them. We’ve brought together a couple of pubs that we feel represent some of the best that the city has to offer. Each of us is an accredited guide and proud Dubliner, as well as an actor, a musician, or an artist of some description. We love showing people around the city that we call home, and whose unfolding story we are proud to be a part of.
