Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages. Our estate is farmed organically. Our tour is planned by a team of gastronomy lovers. The team developed a complete platform where what we are looking for is that any lover of food and unique culinary experiences enjoy the culinary heritage of Mexico to the fullest. We planned this experience with two years of research, if you take this experience you will meet people who preserve the gastronomic culture of Oaxaca, the vendors always offer us a unique experience of living the flavors in an incomparable way, because the producers themselves will talk to us and share with us of his wisdom.

Tasting begins in our wine shop, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit our cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France. We continue the tasting in our tearoom area over brunch with an assortment of sweet and salty local delicacies. I welcome to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. We'll watch a video explaining how Alsace wines are made. I'll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels – the only one of its kind in France. This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard… But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°. We'll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie), an Alsatian dessert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian version is also available, but please let us know in advance.
