Pick up from your accommodation in Trujillo ( city center) around 10:00am from where we will leave for the Campiña de Moche, first we will go to the Huacas de Moche Museum where we appreciate the archaeological remains extracted from the Huaca de the Moon exhibited in three rooms; that allow to know about the moches, their city, the cult to the power and to the god of the mountain Aia Paec. We will then follow to Huaca de La Luna, which is a religious architectural complex made of adobe, where the image of their deity Aia Paec is shown in high relief, as well as the iconography of warriors, dancers, spiders and snakes. After lunch (lunch not included) we will start the Chan Chan Tour, we will pick you up from the main square or at the restaurant that was left. Later we will go to the Chan Chan Site Museum, where you can see the prehispanic cultural development of the region and where the Chimú story is told through projections of lights and sound effects. Return toTrujillo 6:00 pm.

Upon entering this area we can appreciate the huge walls that make up the Huaca del Sol and almost half a kilometer we will see the imposing Huaca de La Luna. Our tour will take place in the Huaca de La Luna, for which it will be necessary to climb a slope of steps until you arrive at the front door. Then we will enter with our local guide and go through the different levels of the pyramid. According to the archaeologists in the Pyramid of the Moon, the Moches consulted oracles and offered human sacrifices, which are easily visible through the friezes found there. Return to the city of Trujillo at 13:00h. Drop off at Trujillo main square.
