You will try how to make Japanese traditional sweets (Neriki) . First , I will demonstrate it, and you will make 3 different shape of Nerikiri. Please make 1 own your own, totally 4 pieces you can make them. Nerikiri is a very simple confection made of white bean paste, shiratama flour, sugar and water. After make them, you will make matcha.
