This cruise takes you on an adventure in to the wilderness. Starting in the busy Glenfinnan area where we describe all the sights and detail the history of the village both old and modern. We soon whisk you off down the loch to the land of eagles, deer, Harry Potter landmarks and the home of the MacDonalds of Glenaladale. Gaskan cottage was the home of well known naturalist Mike Tomkies for many years whilst he studied and wrote of the local wildlife, especially the eagles and wildcats there. It can only be accessed by boat or very long walk so this part of the loch is very serene and unspoilt. This cruise returns to Glenfinnan jetty.

Since time immemorial, a mass migration has taken place in the skies over our Rocky Mountains. Bi-annually the Golden Eagle migration occurs in our front ranges, a 11,000 year route that takes these raptors from their northern breeding sites to their southern wintering grounds. Join The Path Less Taken on a professionally guided interpretive hike that will look at this amazing migration all while travelling at the cruising level of a Golden Eagle. This 7.3 km day hike starts with a steep ascent followed by the undulating ridge line of Wasootch. This route will have about 212 m of elevation gain and requires a moderate level of fitness. Participants will be given hiking spikes and a pole if needed. Flight of the Golden Eagle Interpretive Hike is great mix of learning and adventure!

Your adventure starts with a minibus picking you up from your hotel. First, you'll stop by the Koprucay River. Here, you can relax, have a tasty lunch, and enjoy 45 minutes to explore on your own. Next, you'll visit an old Roman bridge where you can take amazing photos and learn its history from your guide. Then, you'll reach the ancient city of Selge. You'll have 40 minutes to soak in the unique atmosphere and hear interesting stories from your guide. After a photo session at the Roman Aqueducts, you'll head to Eagle Canyon. You'll go on a short hike with your guide to get to the canyon. Exploring this cool place, you'll create memories to cherish. Finally, the drive back to your hotel will begin, and you'll likely return around 5-6 PM with unforgettable memories.
