We will gather in our cozy kitchen before leaving with our local foodie to go shopping at the famous and vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo in downtown Coruña. We will see the varieties of sea food and fish just coming from the boats and ready for selling. We will be immersed in the trading environment with locals. Pencil & Fork will buy all products we will need for the cooking session and we will return to our kitchen just a few minutes walking from the market.
