After the morning manatee tour relax on the afternoon Rainbow River drift where you can snorkel or scuba dive. This experience will be like snorkeling but on steroids! If you like to snorkel this introduction to scuba diving is the perfect next step to explore the underwater world. You will learn the basics of diving from your knowledgeable instructors who will lead you on a guided tour of St. Andrew's State Park or a local fresh water spring if Gulf conditions are unfavorable. This is a great class for people comfortable in the water that want to explore a little deeper.

Seeing the Florida Keys on an e-bike is VIP style type of experience. We recommend the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM110 to MM94 for Key Largo, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walkers/runners. You can also ride on a few sections of paved trail on the bay side, but it's not available everywhere in Key Largo. Getting into Tavernier: Just like in Key Largo, continue riding the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM94 to MM89, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walker/runners. Feel free to take a left turn on Burton Dr and explore Harry Harris Park. Islamorada: Take the Old Hwy (Old US-1). Make a full stop at each STOP sign: it's the law !

Qi Gong (often spelt Chi Kung) is a powerful type of health exercise. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many different levels. Taichi & Qi Gong are easy to learn and enjoyable to do. Even a few minutes of practice can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect. Yoga vs. Qigong Yoga and qigong are both ancient practices. Yoga comes from the Indian tradition while qigong is Chinese in its heritage. Both are also movement practices, though their movements are generally different in function. Yoga tends to be moderate to fast-paced, includes strong movements that are held for a period of time and requires a certain amount of athleticism. Qigong, on the other hand, is slowly methodical, flows from one movement to another, and can be easily practiced by nearly anyone.
