At this Coffee and Chocolate Tour, we will teach you the entire Coffee process, from the seed to the delicious cup of coffee. Once the coffee tour is finished, we will start with the sweetest part of the tour, the delicious chocolate. Like coffee, we will talk about the entire Chocolate process, from the seed to the delicious chocolate bar and we will end up selecting some members of the group to grind the cacao beans and make their own chocolate bar. Once finished you will have the opportunity to taste several types of chocolate such as Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate.

Bodega Doña Felisa is in a wonderful environment, surrounded by nature, you will have the vineyard at your feet. You will be able to enjoy a complete visit where you will discover the entire process of making quality wine by touring its production room,  bottling and aging room, complete process from vine to glass. The only Kutani ceramic kiln in Kanazawa, opened in 1870 (Meiji 3). We make ceranics by manual from clay blending, shaping on the wheel to final coloring. We sell Kutani ware pottery made by our kiln, and also offer studio tours, pottery making and painting workshops. You can try your hand at the potter's wheel using Kutani ware clay. Kutani ware clay is made from a ceramic stone called "porcelain clay," which is very fine and has a unique texture. The clay is very fine and has a unique feel to it. Unlike ordinary pottery clay, it can be difficult to work with, but the potter will guide you through the process until the finished product is ready. The finished product will be sent to you in about five months.

Did you know that Portugal offers exciting wines of more than 250 grape varieties, more than any other country in the world? During our experience we will taste TEN representative wines from across the country. We will begin from the northern border with Spain with a GREEN WINE, which typically is fruity. We will then move to the WHITE WINES and taste an exquisite and complex yet typical one from the DOURO region; right after this, we will dive into BAIRRADA and experience the freshness of the region; later, we will try a more mineral one from DÃO and we will finish the first part of the experience with a full-bodied from ALENTEJO. Before we dive into the RED WINES I'll serve a surprise to help with the transition. We will begin with TWO intense and full-bodied RED WINES from different regions in DOURO; after, we will try the freshness of a RED WINE from BAIRRADA and a special RED WINE from DÃO. We will finish with a RED WINE from Alentejo, which typically has a lot of structure.

These are wines selected from small producers, mainly organic certified We can organize the tasting directly at your home or at the hotel where you are on holiday, even in the center of Lucca. I'll take care of everything and you won't have to think about anything! I will set the table with tasting tablecloths and serve you wines in professional glasses!
