Going through hidden trails between forests of Lengas, Coihues and Ñires, where it will be possible to appreciate birds and specimens of red fox, we will visit: El Paso Garibaldi, El Lago Escondido and El Lago Fagnano (where we will enjoy lunch included). We have the largest fleet of high-end 4×4 vehicles in the country, with 8 4×4 trucks with a capacity of 6 and 7 passengers each.

Excursion in 4×4 vehicles to Escondido and Fagnano lakes. Pick up at the hotels from 9:00 am. Departing from Ushuaia, we take the National Road Nº3 towards the north, passing through the winter valleys until reaching the Garibaldi pass, where we stop to take photos. We continue our trip until a complementary road is taken, to start the off-road that lasts about 1 hour. In Lake Fagnano, we stop for a moment to recover energy and then enjoy a refreshing lunch. The excursion starts at the hotel and goes to Mirador Valle Carbajal, where you will be able to appreciate the peat bogs, with an impressive view of the mountain range and the mountain glaciers. You will make a technical stop at a winter center. Returning to route 3, you will continue the trip reaching the crossing of the Andes mountain range through the Garibaldi pass, the southern and terminal portion of the extensive Andes mountain range. Towards mid-morning you will arrive at Puesto La Carmen: you will have a hot drink and walk along the shore of Lake Fagnano, also called by the Onas "The rest of the horizon", because the imaginary line of the horizon formed by the mountain range is interrupted by the lake, and then continue on the other side. Towards noon you will arrive at the Garibaldi pass viewpoint to observe Lago Escondido from above. You will return to the winter center for lunch and then return to the city of Ushuaia.

We begin our tour leaving the city of Ushuaia, accessing the national route No. 3. The landscape surprises us with incredible routes framed by mountain cordons, valleys, turbs, lengas forests, ñires, coihues and beaver dikes. After crossing the Olivia River, our first stop at the Carbajal Valley viewpoint, where we will appreciate the vastness of the place, its relief and the glaciers in the background. We continue along national route No. 3, sighting the Andean ski resort Cerro Castor. We will visit the Haruwen gynaecology and motorcycle museum, then we will begin the ascent towards the mountain pass, through the Garibaldi Pass, where we will have the dazzling views of Lakes Escondido and Fagnano, about 480 meters above sea level, being able to appreciate very closely the beauty of this lake. We continue our walk along the national route No. 3, we reach Lake Fagnano, where we can observe incredible landscapes.

Both lakes are truly spectacular and offer breathtaking views of the Patagonian landscape, with its crystal clear waters and surrounded by rugged mountains and lenga and coihue forests. The tour includes visits to places of interest such as Valle Carbajal and Paso Garibaldi, which provide a complete and varied experience of the landscape and culture of the region. In the stops you will see natural points and stops in sites like small farms with restaurants and cabin, there you can find souveniers, food and handcraft drinks. On this route, the lake is shown surrounded by lengas, appearing capriciously more and more at us. We can enjoy an exciting circuit in 4×4 vehicles through the forest and by the lake. In addition to being able to enjoy a delicious lunch in our own shelter in a Fuegian Estancia on the shore of Lake Fagnano, where we also have toilets and equipment.
