Our Cooking Class in Catania is aimed at those who want to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, discovering the unique flavors of our land, in a welcoming and stimulating environment. Each participant will be involved in the preparation of island dishes that can easily be replicated at home. Sicilian cuisine directly from Catania to your home!!! The Cooking Class is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people and lasts more or less 3 hours.

Instead, I will communicate, if necessary also simultaneously, in English, Italian and French and you will probably laugh at my linguistic "flights" and my role as "slave in Elisa's kitchen" 🙂 The lunch that follows is collaborative, everyone helps and, dishes and pans in the hands. The wine, the foods that I serve together with the pasta that we prepare together and that are all local and largely the fruit of my organic garden, do the rest.
