The first steps into your children blowing bubbles underwater. They will enjoy a 45 minute dive lesson which teaches them the basic skills for scuba diving, whilst having lots of fun and thrilling adventures.

A van will pick up you and your party at your hotel and deliver you to the private river valley in minutes. After fitting you with safety equipment you take a short hike to the first platform located next to a 180 foot waterfall named El Encanto. Keep your eyes peeled as Troops of White Faced Monkeys and exotic birds that call the valley home. Hook up to the first line and let out a Whoop as you fly down the first of 8 lines through the jungle, leading you to the final 600 meter run from the top of Ocean Ranch Park down the river to the Rancho where the crowd cheers you in. The small fishing village of Ao Talen is located in the heart of Krabi's local mangrove ecosystem. Explore the hidden beauty spots of this magnificent area by kayak. Paddle your way through bays and canyons, past caves and cliffs. Begin with a Minivan Transfer to Ao Talen Pier by 9.00am. for a Briefing by your kayaking guide about the morning ahead. Soon you'll be exploring the mangrove forest of Ao Talen by kayak, including stunning overhanging limestone cliffs, lagoons, swamps, etc. The wildlife here, including birds, reptiles and mammals is amazing. Frequently sighted birds in the mangroves are Brown-Winged Kingfishers, Pacific Reef Egrets, Asian Dowitchers and White-Bellied Sea Eagles. It is not uncommon to see Otters, Macaques, Gibbons and Two-Banded Monitor Lizards too. And in the muddy, shallow waters, Fiddler Crabs and Mud Skippers are also quite prevalent. Experience the wonders of the Mara'a lagoon during a scuba dive. You will be supervised by a patient and pedagogue professional and you will dive in 6m max according to the regulations, for at least 25 minutes. After a briefing on the equipment and the course of the dive, you will taste the joys of weightlessness in a preserved environment rich in fish and coral. Your first certification is a license to learn more! Performance-based, after this course you will have the knowledge and skills to plan and execute a dive to a maximum of 18 meters with a certified buddy. Day 1 – Academics + Diving Meet your instructor, fellow students and start the first academic session. Short break for lunch before jumping into your confined skills session for the afternoon. Day 2 – Academics + Diving Skills Start academic session in the morning before heading for the afternoon boat for confined water training skills dives 1 and 2 with a maximum depth of 12m at 2 different dive sites around Koh Tao. Day 3 – Diving + Exam Enjoy 2 dives at a maximum depth of 18 meters, which is the maximum allowed for an open water diver! On some of the best dive sites around Koh Tao, last day is purely fun diving, no training, no exercises, just diving! After completing your last 2 dives we will be doing the final exam at the school!
