Welcome to my cooking class, you will have a memorable and wonderful personal cooking experience. I have written a general itinerary of what we are going to do. Please take a minute to read it. We will meet next to the local pharmacy near my home, to facilitate the meeting point for you. We wil go together to buy ingredients from local market (optional) I'll start my cooking class teaching you how to make traditional Egyptian welcoming drink. I will walk you through the cooking process step by step and teach you my personal cooking technique and my unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Egyptian meals you have ever tasted.

Essalm Alikum everyone (Hello in Arabic!), We are Ahmed & Shorouk, an Egyptian married couple and we want to share with you our great passion of Cairo through coffee & tea . We come from a culture where coffee & tea are the first thing that they offer you when you visit any house.
