Inspiration Tower is on the highest point in Southwest Missouri. Take a glass elevator to the spacious, enclosed observation deck. The panoramic views are absolutely phenomenal in any season. On a clear day, you can see over 90 miles. Anytime during your tour, you are welcome to enjoy the gift shop on the ground level. During November and December, Inspiration Tower is transformed into the Ozarks’ largest sparkling Christmas tree for the Trail of Lights. The Tower is open year-round. Reservations are not necessary for this attraction. The Tower has a separate entrance and parking lot, just on down from the main entrance to The Shepherd of the Hills.

Our experienced guide will present a master class on the Mexican cultural holiday of "Day of the Dead" while we tour the oldest existing cemetery in Puerto Vallarta. We will visit some of the most important graves of people and families in the history of Puerto Vallarta and hear stories of their lives. Tour will also include detailed explanations of the Day of the Dead inspired murals (about 20) in the area that we encounter during our easy walking tour. We will also visit a shrine dedicated to the death cult that was outlawed by the Catholic Church and is rated as the fasted growing religious movement in the Americas. Before that we meet outside the old neighborhood fish, fruits, spice & vegetable market and do a guided tour of the stands including the Tortilla Factory. Near the end of the tour we will explore down the "Main Street" of the 5 Decembre neighborhood ending at a favorite restaurant to end the tour. This tour that runs monthly, was originally launched on International Men's Day (IMD) which is a global awareness day for many issues that men face including men’s health. Celebrated annually on November the 19th, it is also an occasion to celebrate men's lives, achievements and contributions, and in particular for their contributions to society and the community. On this tour you will learn about men across all walks of life from Liverpool’s past and history who faced issues that are now better understood and appreciated. You will hear that despite these challenges they were able to contribute to the communities around them and leave an inspirational legacy that has touched not just the Liverpool area but much wider afield too. Through this tour we will also raise money for a local charity called Sean’s Place that offers mental health support for men in Sefton and Liverpool.
