We invite you for a scenic tour to the ‘cradle of Hungary’ to merge in history! We take a ride to the former royal towns of Hungary. In Esztergom from Cathedral Hill you can enjoy the best view opening onto the river and to Slovakia. You may visit the Cathedral, the largest Roman Catholic church of Hungary. We cross the river and the border to Slovakia to have the stunning view from the opposite side. We proceed to Visegrád, the heart of the Danube Bend, where we will treat you with 3-course lunch. Our restaurant overlooks the river bend and the famous castle that was once a seat of the Hungarian kings. We pass by Solomon Tower, once the prison of Count Dracula. The tour continues to Szentendre. Explore the town of artists and arts, famous for its museums, bars, cafés and boutiques. Return by boat only between May – October, only on Friday + Saturday + Sunday tours.

The Danube river Bend region is a unique, very beautiful part of Hungary. It is especially beautiful now, in October. If you like nature and art, this tour is for you. We pick you up at your place, and we take you back there (or somewhere else in the city, if you prefer.) Since this is a private tour, we will focus on what you are interested in. Tell us you preferences to help us make this perfect. The duration is about 5 hours plus lunch (if you want to have lunch). Lunch takes usually about 1 hour. So if we start at 9 AM, we are usually back at about 3 PM (if we start at 9), but if you want to be back sooner, that is also possible. Would you like a different starting time than the ones offered? Join us on this half day tour to visit Szentendre that is also called as the southern gate of the Danube Bend. Explore the Mediterranean atmosphere in this charming town with professional guide. Then, climb aboard one of the scheduled public boats to cruise back to Budapest at leisure. The boat operates only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, between 1st May – 31st October. The arrival dock where the our ends is located in Budapest city center. On Tuesdays, you will always come back to Budapest by bus.

During some free time here you have the possibility to visit some museums or to do some souvenir shopping. At the return enjoy a 70 Min long boat cruise from Szentendre ( 17 April -14 Sept. )every year except Mondays and Tuesdays. The tour ends at your hotel.
