The cultural village tour is the eye opening educational and inspiring tour. The village is a royal village which was founded around 13th century. It has a population of 7,000 Leya speaking people. You will be picked from your respective lodge or hotel in an air condition vehicle to the village center, were you be received by a village guide who will take you around the village. Semenggoh Rehabilitation Center, a temporary home for displaced Orang Utans that have been rescued from captivity and young orphaned primates. These animals are re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. Many have been returned into the surrounding area. Take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orang Utans.
