To start the class we will enjoy the special herbal tea and hear the stories behind the popular cafés of Vietnam and their connection to the history and culture Though it is brewed using a surprisingly low tech technique, with a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press), the flavor is truly rich and deep. This class will make sure that you can work with our filter and the Secret Recipe of the master to make our beautiful coffee at home. In this class you will learn about the process of coffee from crop to cup: Learn the steps needed to roast dark beans so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk, which is an improvisation made due to the limitations on the availability of fresh milk at French colonial time. We will make 5 different types of coffee : – Traditonal black coffee – Vietnamese happy white coffee – Hue Imperial Salt coffee – Ha Noi Capital Egg coffee – Fresh coconut coffee Enjoy your coffee with a cookie and Vietnamese Tea.

After guests are ready to experience exploring on the river with baskets, our basket rowing staff acts as a guide to take guests on a tour of the seven-acre coconut forest ecological area in HOI AN. The tour on the river guests will be submerged in the nipa forest to see the peaceful but equally eye-catching scenery, guests will have beautiful photos to keep the purest things here. Next, guests will enjoy the artistic performances of the local fishermen, as well as watch the nets to catch fish and crabs. Coconut oil has caused quite a buzz in the natural health community, and for good reason. Here we will make real coconut oil following the Balinese traditional process (it will take more than 1 – 1,5 hours to be done). Take a trip back in time to the 18th Century on Morne Coubaril's grand estate. Enjoy stepping back into time viewing the replica stick huts once used by villagers. See and taste all the processes for coconut, cocoa and sugar over the course of this 1 hour tour.

Our driver will come and pick you up at the lobby hotel. Please be ready with hat and sun scream. We will then head to Cam Thanh Village, which was a fishing village, a shelter for local and Viet Cong during the war. When you arrive the village, local people will help you to get on basket boat (coracle) for a funny 1hour-ride. You will have chance to: – Experience the most unique transportation in town, basket boat. – Visit the fishing village in Water Coconut Palm, and then try to catch crabs with local fishermen – Learn how to paddle the Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Then we'll cycle on quiet country roads to see scenic farmland & fishing villages. You'll enjoy beautiful views & exciting activities with the locals: Visit a local home, learn the process of making Bean Sprouts. Ride past duck farms & cow herds. Visit Tra Que vegetable village, walk in the scenic gardens to smell amazing herbs. Help a local man work the soil, plant & water the vegetables. Ride along shrimp farms & rice paddies, see buffalo herds to take pictures. Visit Cam Thanh water coconut forest. Hop in the basket boats to enjoy a relaxing trip along the river.
