After guests are ready to experience exploring on the river with baskets, our basket rowing staff acts as a guide to take guests on a tour of the seven-acre coconut forest ecological area in HOI AN. The tour on the river guests will be submerged in the nipa forest to see the peaceful but equally eye-catching scenery, guests will have beautiful photos to keep the purest things here. Next, guests will enjoy the artistic performances of the local fishermen, as well as watch the nets to catch fish and crabs. When the sunset is the most favorite time for photographers because it is so beautiful!!

To start the class we will enjoy the special herbal tea and hear the stories behind the popular cafés of Vietnam and their connection to the history and culture Though it is brewed using a surprisingly low tech technique, with a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press), the flavor is truly rich and deep. This class will make sure that you can work with our filter and the Secret Recipe of the master to make our beautiful coffee at home. In this class you will learn about the process of coffee from crop to cup: Learn the steps needed to roast dark beans so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk, which is an improvisation made due to the limitations on the availability of fresh milk at French colonial time. We will make 5 different types of coffee : – Traditonal black coffee – Vietnamese happy white coffee – Hue Imperial Salt coffee – Ha Noi Capital Egg coffee – Fresh coconut coffee Enjoy your coffee with a cookie and Vietnamese Tea.

Here we will make real coconut oil following the Balinese traditional process (it will take more than 1 – 1,5 hours to be done). While we wait for it, we will be massage with coconut scrub and than explore the local life to find what local do and Bali traditional house from our Village. Once the coconut oil done, you will bring it home after the session end.
