Cidades Lagoa

On this tour we visit both the western and central craters. In the western crater of Sete Cidades we vistit stunning views at 650 meters above sea level on the the rim of the crater. We view below us the twin lake with the princesses and sheppards tears. This crater is one of the seven wonders of Portugal and is a must see. At 947m above the sea level rises Pico da Barrosa, where throughout the route we can observe the diversity of the local fauna and flora. An enormous crater hides the glamorous Lagoa do Fogo at the top of the Fogo (Fire) Volcano at 575m above sea level.
