What else is there to say?! This local walking tour features 8 of Downtown Seattle’s best wine shops, cheese mongers, bakeries, restaurants, and chocolatiers. You can expect tastings of 6 different artisan wines, along with food pairings designed to express the best of the Pacific Northwest. In addition to these pairings, the tour makes stops at 3 producers and vendors in Pike Place Market to taste cheese, bread and the glorious combination of the two. We know you won’t want to wait until the end for dessert, so we mix in chocolate throughout the tour. Expect some unbelievably good truffles, bars and drinking chocolates from across the globe. As you eat and drink your way through local culture, your knowledgeable guide will share stories and insights from their personal experience as a lover of Northwest food. In an air-conditioned seaside terrace at Stingray Beach, this hands-on Chocolate workshop will have you making your own piece of chocolate using the processing techniques similar to those used by ancient Aztecs and Mayans. What better way to learn how chocolate is made! Then, ignite your palate as you discover the incredible pairing of chocolate and red wine, sample various types of Cocoa and enjoy a Chocolate Martini.

Margaret River first. Taste our fine, single estate Margaret River wines alongside unique chocolate encased bon bons designed to enhance the sensory experience. Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell, carefully creates each bon bon exclusively for Passel Estate, finding the right spices, textural elements and flavours to complement each accompanying wine. Her delicate creations are not the typical chocolates and are available only at our Tasting Room as part of our guided Wine & Food pairing experience.

Our local guide will introduce you to Turin's role in Italian identity and its culinary heritage shaped by 800 years of Savoyard rule. The tour begins at a historic café where you'll enjoy Bicerin, a traditional chocolate drink still loved in 19th-century cafés. As you visit key landmarks, you'll discover the city's history. Next, you will explore a top chocolate shop, sampling traditional treats like Gianduiotto and Cremino. Gianduiotto, made from finely ground hazelnuts and chocolate, has a rich history dating back to the 19th century when cocoa was scarce. The chocolate tasting continues with exquisite dark chocolate made from just 10% of the world's finest cocoa, all 100% organic and “bean to bar.” Then, you will enjoy a wine tasting featuring two iconic Piedmontese wines, paired with an organic meat and cheese platter. Your guide will teach you about the aromas and nuances of each wine for a professional tasting experience.

Pick-up is between 7:30 and 8:35 AM from 7 central locations in Toronto and Mississauga. We will drive approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto to the beautiful Niagara Wine Country. Experience a unique and memorable itinerary that includes wine, chocolate, the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and scenic nature stops. Try yummy chocolates on a guided tour of the CFX Chocolate Factory. Visit a scenic country market and take photos with the “world’s smallest chapel”, the Living Water Wayside Chapel. Enjoy 2.5 hours of free time at the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, known as "Canada's prettiest town". Finish your day with a 1-hour guided tour of the prestigious Jackson Triggs Estate Winery, where you will try 5 glasses of their award-winning wines, including Niagara’s specialty, Icewine. We will drive back to your original location in around 2 hours, returning between around 5:30 PM.

Throughout the tour our onboard team will tell you all about the history of each of the iconic bridges, which reflect the evolution of the city of Porto. Of course, the history of Port wine cannot be missed either! Our boat tour with Port wine tasting is a typical experience to live in the city, combining the unique landscape with the tasting of the best traditional products. This is a shared tour, which means that you will share this experience with different people. Whether you want to surprise your special someone or simply enjoy a sunny autumn day, this tour is, without a doubt, the ideal option for an afternoon well spent!

Located on Conesus Lake, visit us and sample our four best-selling wines paired with cheese and chocolate. The sampling includes four gold medal awarded wines, Conesus White, Runway Red, Pebble Beach Blush and Max Black. Conesus White and Runway Red will each be paired with cheese while Pebble Beach Blush and Max Black will each be paired with chocolate. This will be a seated tasting and will also include a description of the wines.
