Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages. Our estate is farmed organically. Tasting begins in our wine shop, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit our cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France. We continue the tasting in our tearoom area over brunch with an assortment of sweet and salty local delicacies. Fado in Porto is a unique show in Oporto city. A great way to visit a Port cellar, listen to a live fado show and have a port wine tasting. In this show you can hear two beautiful voices and iconic guitars, while sipping a proof of one of the world's most famous nectars, Porto wine.

At Vini di Toscana we organize private tours for small and big groups. Each tour includes the visit to our cellars and vineyard in the beautiful location of Villa Fabbriche and fine Tuscan wines and food tasting. An expert will let you discover everything about the wine making process and Tuscan food tradition.

Paradiso di Cacuci is a winery located in a small “corner of Paradise“ in the northwestern area of ​​Montalcino. Our wine production is centered on the perpetuation of the tradition which, together with a more modern model and in compliance with the values ​​of the Brunello Consortium, uses only from our vineyards which are respectively divided into; 5 ha Brunello di Montalcino, 1 ha. Rosso di Montalcino and 5 ha. di I.g.t. Sangiovese. Welcomes, by reservation, individual visitors and small groups offering guided tastings that give the opportunity to get to know the production directly, starting from the winemaking process to the discovery of the final result, giving a unique and unforgettable experience. The tasting at Cantalici is a way to immerse yourself in a family atmosphere to discover typical wines of the Chianti Classico production area, an experience that allows you to rediscover ancient flavors and the love for creating a product that contains the history of an entire family. You have the possibility to taking a guided tour in the vinification area and aging cellar with explanation of production processes, history and company philosophy. Not just wine! The guided tour leads to the discovery of an ancient brick kiln dating back to the early 1500s – past, present and future! It ends with the tasting of 6 wines, accompanied by crackers, taralli and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil.

The Mazzarosa Winery is one of the most historic wineries in Central Italy, it has been producing wines and oil for 150 years. Its structure, designed by Senator Devincenzi, is unique in its kind and in Italy only one other winery located in Sicily has the same architecture. Inside we still keep one of the largest barrels in Europe, of 1000 hectoliters! We are within a Nature Reserve and our wines are produced with SQNPI certification, that is Sustainable Quality.

I welcome to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. We'll watch a video explaining how Alsace wines are made. I'll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels – the only one of its kind in France. This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard… But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°. We'll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie), an Alsatian dessert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian version is also available, but please let us know in advance.

Our cellar specializes in the sole production of Cartizze: the top-of-the-range line of Prosecco, and our vineyards are organically grown. We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After the tasting paired with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centenary Cartizze vines, grown organically without chemically synthesized products.
