Our unique 5-star tours, as awarded by the Scottish Tourism Board, offer the chance to explore and experience Scotland in the perfect setting. You will be accompanied by our knowledgeable guides who have a wealth of stories, myths and legends to entertain you with, and of course we welcome questions! We operate our tours on an 8-person capacity to allow you the freedom to spend more time 'sight-doing' as opposed to sight-seeing. Your guide will meet you at the port to begin your unforgettable shore excursion in Invergordon. Sit back and relax as you head through the scenic Highlands to the historic Cawdor Castle, famous for its 14th-century charm and links to Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Explore its elegant rooms and gardens before continuing to a traditional whisky distillery. Enjoy a guided tour, learn about Scotland’s iconic drink, and sample a fine dram. Then journey to Loch Ness and the dramatic Urquhart Castle ruins, where breathtaking views await. Time permitting, enjoy a short stop in Inverness, the “Capital of the Highlands,” before returning to port. Entrance to the Distillery is included in the tour price. Entrance to the Castles is optional and not included in the shore excursion price. A separate link to reserve tickets will be sent to you shortly after you have reserved your tour. As a guide Castle Entry is approximately £14 – £16 per person.

This small-group shore excursion from Cobh Cruise Terminal accommodates no more than 24 passengers on a luxury small van and allows for a particularly intimate day on shore. The tour begins with a pick-up from the cruise liner terminal in Cobh, Cork Harbour, where your driver will be waiting for you to drive you to Blarney Castle and Castles, where the admission is included. Take a panoramic drive through Cork City, where your guide will point out the highlights of the southern capital. In the afternoon visit Jameson @ Midleton and enjoy a tour of this famous whiskey distillery. GUEST ADVICE: During peak- season (May 1st – September 30th) multiple cruise ships are expected at the major ports on a daily basis. This small group tour tends to sell- out well ahead of departure for most dates within this period. Accordingly, we recommend advance reservation where possible, to avoid disappointment.

Our great adventure starts visiting one of Ireland’s greatest treasures Blarney Castle, the home of Blarney Stone also known as Stone of Eloquence. Do you know if you kiss the stone, it will give you the gift of eloquence? Blarney Castle is more than a castle, it is a complex building divided in different parts: chapel, banqueting hall & family room, young ladies’ bedroom, the dungeon, the great hall, the kitchen… After this visit to the castle, we will drive to Cork where we are going to enjoy a panoramic tour (we don’t stop to visit sites). You will learn the history of English Market, one of the world’s oldest municipal markets, St. Anne’s Church which is known for the famous Shandon Bells tower. We can´t leave Cork without visiting the famous Jameson Distillery, during the tour you will be shown how whisky is made and you will be able to taste it. Hensol Castle Distillery is located in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle, a 17th century castle located in the beautiful Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. Our gin tour lasts 90 minutes and gives an in-depth insight into the history of Hensol Castle, many of its previous owners having links to the tasty spirits, as well as the history of gin and how it became the popular spirit it is today. You will then be taken to our botanical room where you will discover over 50 unique and wonderful botancials from all over the world. You will be able to touch, smell and taste them before enjoying a gin tasting with our three delicious Hensol Castle gin. Finally, enjoy a G&T of your choice in our bar at the end before browsing our shop for some gin-tastic items.

1. Observe many from the 123 brown bears of various ages hosted by the Sanctuary in Zarnesti (the biggest Bear Sanctuary in Europe). 2. Visit the famous Bran Castle which initially served as military defense fortification, then as customs point and ultimately as one of the summer residences of the Romanian royal family. It's a medieval castle with a royal touch, that's also linked to the Dracula legend. Besides touring the castle you also get free time for souvenirs in the bazaar at the footsteps of the landmark. 3. The Rasnov citadel was an important medieval fortification in Transylvania. It has a spectacular view of the Barsa Land. We'll visit the outside garden and the Rasnov letters on the hill! 4.
