Saint-Bris wines often express a chiseled style, with minerality. On the nose, we find notes of citrus fruits, peach and a hint of blackcurrant with sometimes certain nuances of exotic fruits. It is even the cradle of young appellations: Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre and Saint-Bris.
