The Giant Panda Research Base is a highlight of Chengdu's tourism industry, attracting nearly 100000 overseas tourists annually. Covering dozens of hectares of bamboo forests and similar native habitats, it is home to over 50 giant pandas, Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Base may not be able to purchase tickets on the same day during peak season. We will pre book tickets for you here, and on the day of the event, you only need to bring your passport to show to the staff. Although there are usually many people, booking here can save a lot of unnecessary queuing and waiting time! The giant panda is most active in the morning. The city not only boasts boundless heritages but also countless wild plants and animals, and panda is the most valuable one. If you have kids with you and the same time you have some extra time in the city, then visiting Xi’an wild panda protecting & breeding center will be quite a memorable experience. You can also see golden monkeys and some other rare animals in the same area.

Your guide will meet you at your Airport Exit or your hotel lobby and it will be about 1-hour drive from Chengdu Shuangliu international airport to the Chengdu Panda Breeding Center, a beautiful park, where you can see some Giant pandas, red pandas and even baby pandas in the Panda Nursery. After the panda base visit, you will be lucky to have a local spicy hotpot for lunch if you choose the hotpot lunch option. Hotpot is the most likable food in Chengdu. Dipping different types of meat, vegetables, and specialties into the hot broth, you'll be definitely satisfied with it. Your leader will order the half spicy and half not spicy pot for you to maximize your taste for different flavors. Beers, water or other beverages are offered throughout the tour. After the whole trip, you will be dropped off at your starting point.

The Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base is located at 1375 Panda Avenue, Chenghua District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. It is 10 kilometers away from the city center and more than 30 kilometers away from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. It is a world-renowned giant panda relocation protection base, scientific research and breeding base, public education base, and educational tourism base. The base covers an area of 1000 acres. As a "ecological demonstration project for the relocation of giant pandas", it is renowned for protecting and breeding endangered wildlife unique to China, such as giant pandas and red pandas. The Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base was established based on the breeding, treatment, and breeding of giant pandas in Chengdu Zoo. In 1997, an open laboratory was established. In 2019, the base received over 9 million Chinese and foreign tourists.

Semenggoh Rehabilitation Center, a temporary home for displaced Orang Utans that have been rescued from captivity and young orphaned primates. These animals are re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. Many have been returned into the surrounding area. Take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orang Utans.   Set amidst the charming backdrop of tall tropical trees, lush vegetation and local fruit trees lies this unique farm with over a thousand crocodiles bred in captivity. The farm provides a perfect sanctuary for the reptiles, saving the species from extinction.
