We will do an urban fitwalk of about 12 kilometers passing first through the nature of the Caffarella Park and then through the ancient history of Rome along a stretch of the ancient Appian Way. At the end of the fitwalking we will take a bus to Cinecittà and then the Metro A to return to the starting point. At the end of the walk we have breakfast together!
