Enjoy a self-guided tour of our onsite museum, followed by a master class and premium tasting from our in-house wine expert. Collect your bottle of handpicked wine along with a picnic hamper to share between two and select a scenic location within our 270 acre property to enjoy the picturesque view and immerse yourself among the vines where you will feel as though you have the whole vineyard to yourself! This 2-hour experience has the following departure times to choose from: 10:30am, 12noon, 1:30pm, & 3pm.

Enjoy an afternoon among the vines on this half-day wine tour from Picton. You will be collected and taken on a tour through the Marlborough wine region visiting approximately three to four wineries. A lunch stop is not included in this tour so it is advised that you have something to eat prior to joining the tour so you can enjoy tasting a range of stunning Marlborough wines. Beware: This Wine & Tea Lover’s Dream is a great way to see the Lowcountry sights outside of Charleston. This tour starts off with a group photo among the majestic Angel Oak Tree. Then, your group will visit America’s only tea plantation, the Charleston Tea Plantation, for a tour of the factory and unlimited freshly brewed hot/cold tea. Guests will learn about tea both from their guide as well as founder, Bill Hall, who narrates a portion of the tour. Your group will visit Deep Water Vineyard and snap a few pictures among the vines for the ‘Gram or enjoy a wine tasting with a ticket purchased on site.

Lower Austria is the cradle of Austrian viticulture, so we want to take you to the beautiful forests & vineyards of the Thermal Region, just south of Vienna. Home to traditionally quaint wine villages and some unique local varietals, we showcase the finest in farm-to-table Austrian wine tours. In summer, we'll hike through these foothills to the alps along forested trails, as well as through lush green vineyards on their southern facing slopes. We'll stop en route to appreciate some beautifully expansive views over the forest canopy & the Vienna basin over to Hungary & Slovakia, before reaching one of Austria's oldest wine villages for lunch and a winery visit. In the winter time, instead of the hike, we visit two wineries to focus our attention more on the history of Thermal Region wine making, and on meeting a local vintner to learn about modern day wine production – all with glasses of the best the region has to offer in our hands, of course!

Bottle of wine of your choice When booking this fabulous picnic, you can choose between a bottle of Rosso di Montalcino or a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino. This choice is fundamental: it will in fact be what will accompany lunch in front of the wonderful spectacle that nature gives you. Both wines are produced by the farm you are on. In fact, you can taste your wine while sitting among the vines that yield the fruits for divine nectar.
